Cisco Partner Pre-Sales (CPP)
Partner Helpline is a direct support path for any partner issues, including complete presales technical, and product design assistance.

 

Online case request tools are available to registered Cisco.com users. This tool lets you describe the issue in your own words and attach files to the case, and will route your case request to an appropriate pre-sales engineer as fast as possible.
